Q: How do I create a from/to (a.k.a. wire run) list for my design?
A: RSDesigner comes installed with an example wire run list that generates a dynamic report using the function report_from_to(). The report, wire_from_to.rep, can be found in <loadpoint>\rsdesigner\basic_tutorial\reports.
Once the report is generated you can select one or more wires and click ‘show item’ to view them on the sheet. Properties of the wires can be updated through the report and they can even be reversed using a shortcut menu (as of RSDesigner 7).
